About the memorial: The scupture is at the west end of the north aisle of the church, to the left of the entrance porch. It is a painted representation of the deposition of Christ in Mary's arms. It stands on awooden base or plinth on a wooden plinth, on which are two plaques with a cross on each and lists of names. A cross with the letters "IHS" above the dates on each panel.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
