About the memorial: Addition to family gravestone J105. He is also on the Netherton Memorial (WMO/170883). He has been identified through Canadian Military Records. He had been born on 10 August 1886, and was a Railway Clerk in 1911. He subsequently emigrated and enlisted at Medicine Hat, Alberta on 18 December 1914. He was Wesleyan Methodist. He had sailed from Canada in June 1915 and embarked for France on 22 September 1915

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
