In proud and loving memory of Pte. George William Harper interpreter (Attached to the Lanc's Fus, 11th Division Hd-Qrs.) youngest Son of C & E Harper, died of wounds received in action Aug. 18th 1917, aged 30 years. Interred at Poperinghe, Flanders./"Duty nobly done."
