About the memorial: The memorial is a brass plaque mounted in a square wooden frame. This is on the west wall of the nave to the north of the tower arch. At the top centre is a plain black cross with 2 palm leaves, in the top corners are two shields with the years 1914 in one and 1919 in the other in red enamel. The remaining lettering is in black enamel.
