About the memorial: The memorial is a brass plaque attached to the panelling within the altar rail on the north side of the church. It is very similar in wording to WMO257986 which is above it on the wall but this plaque has no decoration.

This brass is erected to commemorate the Brotherhood in Arms for justice, truth and freedom between England and the United States of America from 1917 and their Alliance in the Red Cross throughout the Great War. -------- "Thanks be unto GOD which always leadeth us in triumph in Christ."
