Status: Unknown
Type: Non freestanding
Location: Internal
Setting: Inside a building - public/private
Description: Table
Materials:
  • Timber Timber (any)
Lettering: Incised
Conflicts:
  • First World War (1914-1918)
About the memorial: Communion Table, Chairs and Communion Rails, also wooden dedication board. The board is in three sections-the left and right sides have the names, the middle section, which has a pointed top, carries the dedication. The church is now a fitness centre and it seems unlikely that the old communion table would still be in the main hall. Its whereabouts need to be investigated. One possibility is the East Oldham Methodist Church further down Ripponden Road.
