Status: Unknown
Type: Non freestanding
Location: Unknown
Setting: Unknown
Description: Altar or Altar Part
Materials:
  • Timber Timber (any)
Lettering: Inscribed on a plaque
Conflicts:
  • First World War (1914-1918)
About the memorial: Communion Table, Chairs and Communion Rails, also wooden dedication board. The board is in three sections-the left and right sides have the names, the middle section, which has a pointed top, carries the dedication. The church is now a fitness centre and it seems unlikely that the old altar would still be in the main hall. Its whereabouts need to be investigated. One possibility it the East Oldham Methodist Church further down Ripponden Road.
