About the memorial: Two Simple Brass Plaques, each with an arched shape head, and a Latin cross incised top centre. All names are incised. The plaques are either side of the church dedication plaque. Whoever did the engraving managed to abbreviate Private as 'Ptve'. The church has been reconstructed since 1919 but the memorial can count as being on te same site.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
