About the memorial: Brass Cross on a wooden base. On the top surface of the base is a paper Roll of Honour in a glazed wooden frame, executed in calligraphy. All the text is in black ink, except the epitaph, the dates in columns 1 and 7, and the closing Latin text. which are in red. 62 WW1 Fallen, 14 WW2. There are also individual inscriptions on the lady Chapel Altar of those fallen in WW1.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
