Named as a URC memorial by IWM Register but the URC only came into existence in 1972 after a merger of Presbyterians and Congregationalist so must have a correct but unknown name. The Heaton United Church also contains a plaque from the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Perhaps this one is Congregational.
