About the memorial: The former church is on a side road to the north of Elcho Park, with the turning just to the west of the Rhynd Garage. Kinross Advertiser of 5July 1924 states that a handsome lectern was presented to Rhynd Church by J Moncrieff Wright of Kinmonth as a war memorial for the parish. The fate of the memorial is unknown.
