About the memorial: Three trefoil lancet style widows in stained glass, set in a stone frame. Each has a figure of an un-named Saint with halo. Inscription panel in painted glass is at the base of the centre window. Emblems and arms at the top of each, along with latin inscription. The church is closed and demolished, formerly at Church Avenue, Fishwick, Preston. The window is intact and crated in the church for re-installation, planned for June 2018 at St Josephs RC Church.
