About the memorial: The picture measures 1070mm wide by 1640mm long. The small plate, measuring 260mm by 80mm at the bottom of the picture states Painting of Captain Francis Willmer McAulay Royal Field Artillery killed in action 1915 aged 25 years in whose memory the Francis McAulay Cottages were built and opened by his mother in 1925 Painting is erected in the choir vestry
