About the memorial: Propose to take out from the south east window of the parish church of Baston the present plain glass and to insert instead thereof stained glass and also to provide and place a Marble, Alabaster and Mosaic tablet beneath the said window That the window is to consist of three lights. Faculty Book 13, page 493, 19-3-1920.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
