About the memorial: To provide and place a memorial tablet on the south wall of the nave of the Parish Church of Barnetby le Wold in memory of those parishioners who lost their lives in the Great War. The tablet is to be of dark marble on white marble slab and about three feet by about two feet five inches. Excerpt from Faculty Book 14, page 153 for the tablet to be placed in St Mary's Church at location TA 061 091. The tablet was removed from St. Mary's Church in 1960 and erected on the north wall of the nave of St Barnabas it measures 915 by 735mm
