About the memorial: Broken headstone in three separate pieces, upper two pieces lie on back on ground, lower piece appears to be in situ. Uppermost section is large budded cross with raised slim budded cross superimposed and letters IHS in raised circle at cross arm junction. Part dedication in black lead lettering to base. Second section is vertical rectangular stone in shape of inverted T with part dedication over whole stone, some lettering now missing. Base section is large horizontal rectangular chamfered stone with faded black lead lettering to front face, possible further dedications unknown.
