About the memorial: Vertical rectangular headstone with Gothic top and checks dropping to Scotia shoulders, stone narrows below shoulders before widening toward base. Stands on horizontal rectangular chamfered foundation. Recessed four leaf clover pattern panel at stone top shows flower spray decoration, inscribed self coloured dedication partly above panel with remainder below.
