About the memorial: Vertical rectangular grey stone with Gothic top dropping to straight sides, stands on horizontal chamfered foundation stone. Decorative groove around top and sides, large circular recessed panel to top centre shows flower decoration while triangular recessed panels to each side show ivy leaf decoration. Inscribed self coloured dedication beneath.
