About the memorial: Vertical rectangular stone with square top and checks dropping to straight sides, stands on horizontal rectangular chamfered foundation. Initial word of dedication in carved large decorative lettering, remainder below in inscribed, self coloured lettering. Slim right angled decorative element to each side has long arm running vertically down sides, shorter arm horizontally across top.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
