About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by large chamfered horizontal base stone and three square kerb sections, space is capped and vegetation covered. Vertical rectangular grey headstone stands on base stone, has oval top with sides slightly extended, stone narrows in semi circular shape below extensions before widening again, then drops straight before widening slightly immediately above base. Top of headstone grooved, crown and leaf decoration in semi circular recessed panel beneath. Dedication below in black lead lettering, some fading.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.
