About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by headstone and three square kerb sections, space appears capped but now heavily overgrown by vegetation. Red polished marble headstone has square top with checks falling to straight sides. Decorative thin horizontal rectangle at stone top and wider vertical rectangles to each side frames centrefield, each side panel shows identical spray of flowers decoration, upper rectangle empty. Dedication in centrefield with upper section inscribed and self coloured, lower section lettering in faded black.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
