About the memorial: A four-faced modernist cross, on a large rectangular base, attached to a long, low wall. On the base of the cross is a dedication to all Westminster civilians who were killed. The upper section of the wall is inscribed in gold with the names of Westminster civilians who are buried here, with a dedication underneath. There is a flower bed with three small conifers in front of the wall.
