See IWM register 78875, and SWMP link for photos identifying which is which. "These triptyches were an 'off the shelf' item manufactured by Hughes Bolckow of Sunderland, from timber and metal recovered from HMS Britannia, a cadet training ship from 1889 to 1905. They are quite common in Cumbria for example, but also in other parts of the UK." Comment in quotations from Stuart Nicholson on Scottish War Memorials Project.
