About the memorial: Roll of Honour- no other details known. No image of this memorial has currently been traced. There is also a cairn to the victims near the Blacksmith's Shop, and a plaque on the bridge where the disaster occurred. The Scottish War Memorials Project (Scottish Military Research Group) suggests that the Princess Royal dedicated this Book in 2015 and planted a tree nearby, though the tree may have been vandalised subsequently.
