About the memorial: Framed and glazed illuminated Roll of Honour with handwritten inscription in black, red and gold lettering. At the top of the Roll is a Union flag draped over an open scroll which contains the dedicatory inscription. A crown is placed at the top centre of the scroll and a laurel garland has been drawn around the whole of the scroll.
