About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by four black square kerb sections with peon post to each corner, space capped and covered with grey gravel now overgrown. Plain black vase within space. Headstone at top end of, and within, space consists of horizontal rectangular section with oval topped vertical rectangular section above and peon topped square posts to each side of vertical section only. Posts show flower head and line ornamentation, inscribed letting to both vertical and horizontal sections of stone which are otherwise undecorated.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
