About the memorial: Vertical rectangular grey stone oval top, stone narrows immediately below top before widening and dropping vertically, widens slightly more immediately above bottom. Stands on large horizontal chamfered foundation. Large recessed panel starts immediately below top, extends through narrow part and into main section, panel contains large ivy leaf decoration. Small vertical rectangular panels to each top side of stone main section have stylised flower within, two parallel lines depicting flower stalk extend down stone. Dedication in black lead lettering.
