About the memorial: Vertical rectangular stone with Gothic top dropping to straight sides, stands on chamfered horizontal rectangular foundation. Large trefoil cross in recessed circular panel to top centre, and stylised flower head decoration in triangular panels to both sides and bottom of cross. Stone below is recessed with double arched top edge but straight sides and base, arches separated by decorative stylised inverted fleur de lys. Dedication in centrefield in black inscribed lettering.
