About the memorial: Latin cross with diamond shaped recessed panel to arm junction, panel contains stylised flower head. Stands on vertical rectangular stone with angled shoulders dropping to straight sides, the whole stands on chamfered three tier inwardly stepped base. Dedication in black lead lettering to front and rear faces.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
