About the memorial: Vertical rectangular grey stone with basically oval top and checks dropping to rounded shoulders, although shoulders disrupted by circular stylised shell decoration. Stone narrows below shoulders to fall vertically before widening slightly towards base, stands on chamfered horizontal rectangular foundation. Large recessed panel at top extends slightly down sides and shows flower and leaf decoration, small stylised flower head in circular panel to each side beneath main one. The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
