About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by square kerb sections with headstone forward of top kerb, space heavily vegetation contaminated and round vase within space partially covered by it, possible inscription unknown. Headstone is vertical rectangle with Gothic top and straight sides, stands on large chamfered horizontal rectangular foundation. Small triangular panel to each top side shows ivy leaf decoration, larger recessed trefoil panel beneath shows flower heads and leaves. Dedication in black lead lettering partially parallels stone top, remainder at centrefield.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
