About the memorial: Plain granite tablet with an engraved picture of his ship at top centre. As can be seen from the inscription (see photo and Names tab) this is a slightly uncertain entry as the captain's death was collateral damage from the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971 and the Engineer's death may or may not have been WW2 related.
