About the memorial: To place a Crucifix twenty-four inches in length to hang behind the pulpit with the following inscription on a small brass plate at the back of the Crucifix, namely: - “In memory of William Thomas Squires Killed at Vimy Ridge Apl. 12 1917.” The cross to be of oak and the figure in pear wood. Approved by the Parochial Church Council seventh December 1932. Faculty Book 17, page 55, dated 4-9-1933 610 x 305 x 19mm
