About the memorial: Rectangular brass plaque with names listed in two columns. Inscription in black and red lettering. Ornate incised border around the plaque formed of thistles with leaves and knot work patterns. A shield with the flag of Scotland on it is at the bottom centre of the border. At the top centre is a shield with a coloured union flag to the left and the Scottish flag to the right. Plaque is mounted on a marble slab and is in the entrance vestibule

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
