About the memorial: Tenor Bell with associated bronze plaque. Nowy-headed wall mounted plaque, with laurel wreath and coat of arms before the inscription. Raised lettering. The right-hand bell is the tenor donated in memory of Capt. CGR Hibbert. As well as being part of the chime it is also connected to the clock mechanism WMR 54806 to sound the hours. Dedicatory plaque of bronze with the Badge of the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment within a wreath at the top and a Lancashire Rose at each corner. Raised lettering.
