About the memorial: 2 panels of names, originally at St Mark's Church when it was at the junction of Fairfax Road and Bushy Park Road, but moved to the new church when it was built in 1939. The panels are now incorporated in a reredos in a chapel of remembrance, along with panels for WW2.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
