About the memorial: Place a memorial tablet on the south wall of the parish church to the memory of Captain Henson Street M.C That the said memorial tablet is to be of Marble and Alabaster and to be about two feet six inches by about one foot eight inches Faculty Book 13, page 379, dated 25-11-24 The tablet dedicated to Captain Hewson Street on the South wall of the Nave is opposite the north door, and is a replacement for the tablet mentioned in the faculty above. At some unrecorded date, around 1981, due to the failure of the fastenings the tablet fell to the ground and was shattered beyond repair. In 1988 Captain Hewson Street’s sister, Mrs Brenda Collins, revisited Woodhall Spa, and discovered this fact. She began proceedings to immediately to replace it with an almost exact replica and this was erected at own expense (about £300) in 1990.
