About the memorial: To place a statue of St Thomas of Canterbury of carved wood painted and about two feet six inches in height on a stone bracket let into the south wall of the nave between the two windows and to place beneath the said statue a small brass tablet about seven inches by about five inches And also to place three other statutes of the same size and material as follows namely: One of St. Gilbert of Sempringham (South Wall) One of St. Paulinus and one of St. Francis of Assisi on the North Wall of the Nave. Approved at a meeting of the P.C.C. on the 5th June 1930. Faculty Book 16 Page 374 dated 23rd September 1930.
