About the memorial: Vertical rectangular stone with Gothic top and rounded shoulders, stone narrows below shoulders and widens toward bottom. Stands on horizontal rectangular chamfered foundation. Vertical oval recessed panel to top shows single flower decoration, shallowly inscribed stylised twig and leaf decoration to each side of panel. Dedication in black lead lettering, some now missing.
