About the memorial: Vertical rectangular grey stone with square top and double checks stepping down, appears to stand on horizontal rectangular foundation which is overgrown. Recessed panel to each side extends vertically from checks and contains parallel line and flower decoration. Dedication in inscribed, self coloured lettering..
