About the memorial: To place on the South Wall of the South Aisle between the first window and the transept a memorial tablet of English Oak about thirty inches by about eighteen inches in size with the following inscription thereon, namely: Mr. and Mrs. Walter Dring to be responsible for cost of memorial, faculty etc. Approved at a meeting of the Parochial Church Committee held on the 28th June 1948. Seal affixed 1st September 1948. Faculty Box 20.
