About the memorial: Previously in St John the Baptist Church, Pinner. The IWM register entry includes his brother Frank, but he died in South Africa in 1910 when there was no war on. Brass plaque with patterned border and a cross at the top. Pillars supporting arch.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
