About the memorial: It consists of a oak framed crucifix with a white plaster figure of Christ, dimensions are 800mm high x 500mm wide and 220mm deep, on the base of the frame is a small 100mm x 80mm engraved brass plate with the following inscription. (inscription) It was unveiled by Captain W.W.Chapman of Caistor on the 2nd September 1923 and dedicated by the Rev. W.S.Langston Day, M.A., Rector Source Market Rasen Mail 8th September 1923

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
