About the memorial: Affixed on the west wall close to the tower, The Roll is inside a dark oak frame and contains the names of 101 men and one woman who left Tetney to fight in World War One, some never to return to the village that they had grown up in. Those that had fallen are marked with a cross, and commemorated on a wooden war memorial that is also affixed to the wall of the church. The Roll of Honour itself is quite a large document, measuring 850mm high and 620mm in width
