About the memorial: Appears to be gravespace delineated by kerbstones with headstone within space, extent of space unknown but appears capped. Headstone is vertical rectangle with Gothic top, stone narrows below top and widens toward base. Large recessed semi circular panel parallels top and shows leaf and flower decoration, sides slightly recessed leaving centrefield raised. Dedication on centrefield in inscribed self coloured lettering.

Reginald Clark. Private 3311. 4th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 13th October 1915, aged 19 years (as CWGC, note 18 years on headstone). Enlisted Stamford, Lincs. Buried Arras Road Cemetery. III.P.7.
