About the memorial: Book of Remembrance in a wooden display case. Above the case is a wooden plaque incorporating a cross made by soldiers at the front in 1917, using wood from the Mount of Olives. The book and plaque are displayed beneath the (earlier?) 2/10th Middlesex stone plaque WMO262984.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
