About the memorial: 77 x 64 x 3cm This memorial is made of unspecified limestone, painted all over to resemble green marble. At the top are 3 emblems: a Pegasus on a maroon ground, a cross in gilt and a Parachute Regiment cap badge, also on a maroon ground. Below the inscription is a depiction of the Para Wings shoulder flash, also in gilt on a maroon ground.
