About the memorial: Family mausoleum WITH DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION PLACED OVER THE ENTRANCE ARCHWAY. CROSSED FLAGS AND A WREATH CARVED IN RELIEF ABOVE THE ENTRANCE ARCHWAY. This appears to be similar to an addition to a gravestone and, as such, is ineligible for funding. In these cases dedications are added to existing graves or mausoleum to commemorate those buried elsewhere.
