About the memorial:
To provide and place in the South Transept of the Parish Church a memorial in memory of the parishioners who lost their lives in the Great War. That the said memorial is to be of oak and placed under the existing widow in the said South Transept with bronze tablets containing the names of those who have fallen and in the centre a representation of the crucifixion with a stone shelf beneath suitable for the depositing of wreaths and flowers. That is proposed to place on either side of the said window flags looped up in a decorative manner.
That it will be necessary to remove about one sitting in the said transept and to take up the present wood floor and relay the same in stone to the general floor level of the said church
