About the memorial: Gravespace with grey stone at head. Stone is square topped with scotia corners dropping to straight shoulders and straight sides and is undecorated except for black lead lettering, now partially missing. Remainder of gravespace delineated by square kerb sections with plain square posts to corners, bottom kerb section broken but in situ. Space is capped and square check sided vase with container stands within.
