About the memorial: Vertical rectangular stone with square top and splayed shoulders. Semi circular decorative hole toward top of stone with unidentified decoration above and groove to each side extending down stone. Self coloured inscribed lettering. Possibly headstone in grave space as appears square kerb sections extend outward from each side of stone.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
